Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

in compliance with the obligations laid down in Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196 on the processing of personal data (privacy code) entered into force on January 1, 2004, we hereby wish to inform you that the company BESA S.R.L, based in Catania (CT) (hereinafter simply the “Company”) will process the personal data concerning you. The processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with current regulations and under the following conditions.

1. Purposes of the processing.
The processing of personal data is directed exclusively to the achievement of the following purposes:
– for needs related to the conclusion of sales contracts and orders;
– To fulfill any kind of obligations under applicable laws or regulations, in particular, in tax matters;
– for operational, management and accounting needs;
– for the registration of access to the Company’s website and the use of services provided through it;
– for needs to monitor the progress of customer relations and to improve such relations;
– for commercial purposes and strategic and operational marketing.

2. Method of processing

The processing of data may consist of their collection, recording, storage, modification, communication, cancellation, dissemination, etc. and will be carried out both with the use of paper support and with the aid of electronic, IT and telematic tools, according to methods and with tools suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves, in compliance with the provisions of articles 31 and following Legislative Decree 196/2003. In particular, all technical, IT, organisational, logistical and procedural security measures will be adopted, as provided for by Legislative Decree 196/2003 and “Annex B” to the same decree, so that the minimum level of protection of the data required by law.

3. Provision of data
The Company’s website provides visitors with a series of services without the need to request any personal data or information.

4. Communication and dissemination of data
External communication of personal data collected for the purposes referred to in point 1. can only take place where:
– this communication is mandatory to ensure compliance with the obligations established by law;
– this communication is mandatory to ensure the correct establishment or continuation of the relationship with you.

5. Transfer of data abroad
To the extent strictly necessary for the execution of the ongoing relationship with you, your personal data may be communicated to third parties (such as, for example, connectivity service providers) located abroad, inside or outside the Union European.

6. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to article 7 and following of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you have the right to:
– obtain indication of the existence, origin, purposes and logic applied for the processing of personal data concerning you with electronic tools;
– obtain information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the same;
– obtain information on the details of the owner, managers and representative designated for processing;
– obtain the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data concerning you;
– obtain certification that the operations in point b) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were previously communicated or disseminated;
– object, in whole or in part, to the processing of data concerning you for the purposes of commercial information, sending advertising material, direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The foregoing rights can be exercised either directly or through your representative, in the forms provided for in the articles. 8 and 9 of Legislative Decrete 196/2003.

For this reason, please return the attached consent request form signed to us as proof of receipt of the information referred to in this information letter and as an expression of consent to the processing of personal data.
